A fully furnished room in a shared house (3 others) in Impington with double bed, wardrobe and settee. Impington is a few minutes walk from Vision Park and a quarter of an hour's cycle or drive from the Cambridge Science Park and the city centre.

The house has all the mod-cons including

 Gas central heating

 Two toilets

 Washing machine and tumble drier

 Dishwasher

 Separate telephone line

 Large shared lounge with TV, Hi-Fi and cable (beware of the sheep!).

If you drive, there is offstreet parking at the front of the house and even a garage available if you need to do any work on your car. There is also a garden to the rear with patio & BBQ in the summer.

We are looking to rent to a professional, non-smoker for a minimum of 3 months (shorter terms negotiable).
